Each food pack should include:

1 kg samp	750 ml sunflower oil
1 kg mealie meal	410 g jam or peanut butter
500 g sugar	1 box soya mix
500 g rice	25 tea bags
500 g soup mix	410 g tin of pilchards
500 g dry beans or tin of baked beans

Each hygiene pack should include:

2 cakes of Sunlight soap	100 ml tube toothpaste
1 toothbrush	1 face cloth or nylon shower sponge
530 ml tub aqueous cream	250 g box cold water washing powder
2 rolls single ply toilet paper	50 ml roll-on deodorant
